The practice and patient representatives meet a minimum of twice yearly or more frequent if required or appropriate. We also email the representatives on an ad hoc basis, to canvas advice or share information that cannot wait until the next planned meeting.
One of our patient representatives has kindly offered to be responsible for a notice board within the surgeries, as a way of sharing information with all our patients. The plan is for her to regularly update the board with information of interest and to receive feedback to share with the practice and / or group, to promote 360 degree sharing of information as best possible.
